Placement is a skills evaluation process used to determine your level of readiness for college-level courses.
We will evaluate your skills in math. The results will allow us to place you into first-semester courses that match your skill level, positioning you for academic success. 你可能 meet placement requirements in one or any combination of the following ways:
- Satisfactory placement test results
- Qualifying SAT/ACT scores
- Transferred courses from other colleges

The FAFSA is an important resource because it:
- Determines Federal Pell Grant eligibility
- Has a significant role in determining PA state grant eligibility (and other states' grants)
- Is required for federal student and parent loans
- Is needed for some 奖学金

Upload your photo for use on your official 美高梅MGM娱乐 Student ID. We’ll have your ID ready for you when you come to campus for New Student Orientation.
Upload your ID photo by heading to 这个页面. The final day to upload your photo is Friday, August 9. If you miss the cut-off, you'll get your photo taken on-campus at the ID Center during 受欢迎的周末.
After you have met placement requirements, your first-semester schedule will be created for you, guided by the following factors:
- The requirements of your curriculum and recommendations of your 学校的学术
- Your placement results
- Transferred courses, if applicable
- Alternative credit such as 跳级.
We will notify you by email when your schedule has been completed and is ready for you to view on 姐姐. Schedule notifications will be sent to your 美高梅MGM娱乐 email starting mid-May.
New Student Orientation is designed to help you and your parents/guests prepare for the road ahead.

We need your final, official transcripts before you can start classes. This applies whether you recently graduated from high school or just completed a semester at another college. Have your transcript sent directly from your previous high school or college to admissions@jalsstyles.net.
All incoming students must submit proof of immunizations prior to their arrival on campus.

Start the semester off right. New students move in quickly and safely with the help of our student and staff crew on Friday, 1月5日. Returning students can begin moving in on Saturday, January 6 at 9 a.m. Use the weekend to take care of last-minute needs, participate in a Find Your Class Tour, check out activities just for you!
